  Worst experience ever. Order was wrong, wanted and asked for plain wings with sauce on the side. Black rude chicken said thats not how it was rung up. Like I rung it up. I was like ok, well it's not what I ordered so give me a refund and I'll go somewhere else. She said they don't do refunds and she'll have to take my name. I waited another 20 mins and my wings looked "different " so I paid 20 bucks for a small drink. They had a lot of laughing to do, but the inability to process an order. Terrible service, nasty people and the store wasnt clean. Since I had 40 mins to watch them laugh and joke. They need better, more competent employees. Picture of order on yelp.. Go somewhere else!

  The manger was being rude to all the workers on a very busy day and projecting his stress onto them but especially to this poor little worker called Tony. Tony be like: “why you bully meh”

  Food was good. customer service- HORRIBLE. The workers were all stressed, everyone. This was a busy day but the manager acted like he was the only one working. He yelled at quite literally EVERY worker there which not only was that stressing them out more, it was rude, distasteful, and quite frankly ruined the atmosphere for everyone- including the customers. The guy taking orders was being yelled at for every little thing although I found him to be just like any other cashier. I vividly remember hearing the exact words, "TONY, after today youre not doing this anymore" doing what?? His job?!?!?! This poor Tony guy couldn't catch a break. Tony this, Tony that, but nobody even thinks to ask how is Tony. This man should not be allowed to manage this Wingstop anymore. I understand being stressed due to all the orders but HE WASN'T EVEN THE ONE COOKING!!!! If you want to be manager you need to learn how to put aside your own stress and help manage your employees so that you don't cause them to be stressed and make mistakes. All in all, my mood was completely ruined. I couldn't even enjoy my food after seeing what those poor people who made it had to go through. Never again.

  The whole atmosphere is just rude . On the phone they’re rude and even in store . Had my order on the shelf for over 15 minutes before it was handed to me . Unacceptable

  They never answer their phone when they do they hang up on you. The front counter person no customer service at all. Call them now
