    Awful service. They don’t speak English or they completely ignored me when I waited 20 minutes to get attention to ask a question when there weren’t any customers in line. The elderly female employee just raised her hand to me and the other 2 male employee ignored me. I hit tired of waiting and left and ordered from Smoothie King who has a drive thru window. There’s limited parking (6-8 spaces) so don’t plan to park there because 2 other businesses share the parking lot.

    if i could give this place 0 stars then i would. i went to this location a few days ago and the customer service with the manager was terrible she’s very nasty and lack of speaking english.. not to mention the indian worker is very rude. he got upset bc i didn’t understand him. he shouted at me and rolled his eyes and went to the back. very nasty! the workers there need better training from BETTER managers!!!! the lack of management is terrible at this location! if this was a cooperate business then i’d call cooperate! very distasteful!!!! i don’t see this restaurant being up any longer.😡

    I had a really good experience during my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Walking in, I was a bit overwhelmed trying to navigate the massive menu and all the different options available inside the store. Luckily, the young lady working at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She helped guide me to the perfect choice, and the smoothie turned out exactly how I wanted it—it tasted amazing! Great customer service and delicious drinks. I will definitely be back.

    All the food especially every fruit item is unbelievably fresh and ripe. The prices are extremely fair. This is truly some of the healthiest fast food that $ can buy. Such a great option for people trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Every item is absolutely delicious.

    This experience was unacceptable and reflects serious issues with how this location is managed. I placed a delivery order through the Tropical Smoothie website, tipped the driver, and after payment, the order abruptly switched to pickup. No explanation, no correction, and no functional support from the 1‑800 number or the app. The website states that the store handles refunds directly, so I called. The young employee who answered demonstrated a clear lack of basic workplace manners and professionalism. She told me the manager is “never really around,” refused to assist over the phone, and insisted I come in person—despite the fact that I explained I don’t have a car, which is the entire reason I ordered delivery. I had the order number ready. A refund could have been processed in minutes. She refused to take my number for the manager, refused to escalate the issue, and told me to “call back in an hour.” The dismissive tone and unwillingness to help were unnecessary and concerning for a business that relies on customer service. Now I’m out the money, and the food, and the store’s response made it clear that resolving a simple issue is apparently too much to expect. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I know exactly how easy this should have been. The fact that something this simple turned into an ordeal is honestly ridiculous. I never leave reviews, but this situation was handled so poorly that it needed to be said.
