    The staff at this place are horrible. Hung up on me, cause I couldn't understand their language. Rude, even including the dayshift manager. Told me, my order was not their problem, but mine. WOW.

    I absolutely love TSC... Middletown, KY is my go to location. Best Bahama Mama, chicken bacon ranch, with pepper jack cheese.

    All tropical smoothie cafes are yummy, this one goes above and beyond in customer care & service. They remember my name, my order, how many tomatoes I like LOL!! They don’t have to do that, but they do. They’re the best here!

    I stop by this location for a smoothie and some food. The man fixing my food was barefoot. I reported this incident to tropical smoothie who didn’t even issue me a refund even though I threw my food in the garbage
