  Good food and quick service at Taco Bell. The staff was friendly and the order was prepared correctly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the prices were a little more expensive than I expected. Overall, still a good place for a quick meal.

  there is an older gentleman who worked the drive thru when i came through with a mobile order at about 3:20 this morning, who, quite frankly, has the absolute worst customer service i have experienced. before i pulled up to the window, with my own driver's side window rolled down as i'd just past the speaker, i could easily hear him, loudly, complaining about both his coworkers and the job. when i pulled up, i kindly, and respectfully, pointed out that it was extremely unprofessional to do so, just for this employee to loudly curse me out and to slam the window shut. i'm genuinely appalled by this behavior, and am extremely concerned for this employee's mental health because of this. i get it, it's late, i had just gotten off from my own job (in customer service) as well, but that is absolutely NO way to speak to a customer, me nor the car in front of me, to whom he had been very negative towards as well for quite a while as we waited for our orders. not only do i suggest this employee be terminated, but they also seek psychiatric help, as in no way was that response, nor the situation, normal. for taco bell, especially a building in a "less-than-gated-community-safe" area especially concerning for the company, it's also concerning to me, a young woman's, safety. i absolutely expect this situation to be handled appropriately and timely.

  This Taco Bell has a really unique design compared to other locations. The inside was clean and had a nice atmosphere, probably because it’s so close to the University of Louisville. They had four kiosks available for ordering, but I couldn’t find the menu item I wanted. I asked one of the employees, and they were kind enough to make it for me anyway. That level of customer service really stood out. The tacos and other food were generously filled and tasted great. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience here. Highly recommend.

  Terrible attention humiliated me and threw me the food for the fact of being a Latin delivery worker working at 3 in the morning a tall blonde lady with a terrible attitude did not want to deliver me the order of a client and sent me to line again when there were more than 20 vehicles . Pésima atención me humilló y me tiró la comida por el echo de ser una repartidora latina trabajando a las 3 de la mañana una señora rubia alta con pésima actitud no me quiso entregar la orden de un cliente y me mandó a hacer la fila nuevamente cuando avían más de 20 vehículos
