  Charge me the wrong prices. Gave me the wrong food. And the food they did give me was cold and dry. Pinto beans look like dirt

  Long time Taco Bell consumer. Normally I don’t leave reviews but getting ignored as a customer and bad service isn’t gonna work for me. Waited 20 minutes for a bean burrito and 2 3 cheese flatbreads.placed the order from my car in the parking lot. I took a 30 minute break to grab food. Waited in lobby for 15 minutes after waiting in my car for 5 or so minutes and I wasn’t helped and even asked staff directly if they placed it out and maybe was picked up; they didn’t acknowledge I even spoke. Finally received order after speaking with another customer who picked up a DoorDash before my food was served and he arrived after. A simple greeting would’ve saved me probably 10 minutes of this time.

  I got dirty looks from the players the second I walked in the door and nobody served me after standing there for several minutes. I have my suspicions as to why.

  Horrible, old time country music played overhead. Just made me want to gobble my food and leave.
