  Don’t eat at taco hell at 6212 shepherdsville rd. PATHETIC! Ordered 3 taco supreme with extra cheese. PAID EXTRA FOR THE. NON-EXISTANT CHEESE!! There was barely any lettuce, sour cream, and essentially zero cheese on those tacos. I would have loved to bring them back and crammed the sad tacos in the pathetic cooks face. But I didn’t. I shredded cheese from my fridge. Honestly, just three tacos they can’t handle. Shut this stupid place down. Ridiculous!

  I picked up my mobile order, got home. The rice was cold. The beans were frozen, the Tortilla was burnt. Seems like I got more Tortilla than I did filling in my burrito. I feel this location has went downhill. Because food is just terrible coming out of this one in its food. Whether you mobile order or go in to eat or just go through the drive through It's just terrible.

  Placed an online order and simply asked for a drink to be switched to another kind because we had forgot to switch it before placing the order, employee at window was extremely reluctant to switch it even though the drink was the exact same price and the guy who came over the speaker after said it was okay and proceed to to say stupid under his breath. Been to this location multiple times but would not return due to the terrible service we experienced.

  My food was gross, my food was wrong, the manager tried to make it right but once I was finally able to eat, it taste absolutely disgusting..super not satisfied. I appreciated the manager trying to make it right but it is too far gone.
