  Pretty nice place. Food is Taco Bell standard. The staff were pretty nice. Was kind of cozy. A bit small, but I didn’t mind. Overall, neat. 3.5/5

  Ordered today (6-24-2026) and the staff are rude. Tossed a bag on the counter and said here. I looked and it wasn't my order, this was the guy making the orders. So he snatched the bag back. About a minute later threw another bag on the counter. This was my order. I said thank you but you didn't have to throw the bag like that. He just rolled his eyes. Horrible service. I was the only customer in the store and 3 cars in the drive through. Won't be coming back here. Everytime I've come in here it's always trashy in this place. Employees talking about being high, on their phones while making orders. It's a shame because it's right near the VA hospital.

  Zero customer service. Employees laughing at folks having to come up to the window to order and allowing them stand for multiple minutes without greeting (1 car in drive through). Just heard them tell the car in drive through that they’re not taking anymore orders right now. Then yells, “well what do you want?!” And I’m just a dasher, I can only imagine how they treat the actual patrons. 0/5.

  Food was OK definitely not worth the price have to pay a dollar for sour cream and yet they forget to put it in there didn’t have time to return

  Literally the worst Taco Bell in the Louisville area. No drink refills. Horrible, incompetent service. Restricted access to restrooms which are filthy. They dont accept Amex at this location. Small dining room. Uncomfortable seating. They charge $2 for the $1 Happy Hour freezes. Extremely high prices considering the poor quality and small quantity of food.
