  Girl on drive thru was nice enough but I ordered a steak burrito with extra steak there was no extra steak.. barely enough for the regular portion and majority of it was just rice. Super dry. Got to the window and was told they’re out of the drink I ordered.

  The customer service at this location is the worst. You waite till I fishing ordering to telling I cant pay inside I have to go through the drive-thru when you have seen me standing at the machine twice. It's not good customer service to serve everyone else and tell one person they cant pay. I'll be going to the other two better locations from now on

  My mom and I ordered 3 soft taco supreme meal and was told we couldn't get a medium drink instead of a large, and a cantina quesadilla without Chipotle ranch and a side of creamy jalpeno sauce for $20.17. The woman who took our order was short and rude. When we get home we see the order we received is not the order we ordered. We had to drive back and tried saying at the intercom what happened, I was interrupted by the same rude woman, whose tone was even worse than before, saying "just come to the window.". We had to explain the situation again, then the manager came to the window and we had to explain it again. We showed them our receipt and the food we received. They took the incorrect food and the manager handed us our original order. When we glanced into the bag, it looked like everything was there. We got home and we're missing a soft taco. My quesadilla was made well, but if you look at the picture, this is what they gave us for the soft taco. I have absolutely no idea why I was charged $12 for 3 tacos, only received 2, that were made this poorly. I will not be going back and I highly recommend you don't even bother wasting your time and money.
