When I asked for lettuce that wasn't rotten the lady just said thats the way it comes. Okay?? So that makes it OK to serve rotten food? My stance hasn't changed... go to another subway. Go to another subway. I walked in with a paper coupon that I got in the mail. Lady behind the counter basically yelled at me that they do not accept coupons. I just said 'oh okay' and just turned around to leave and she huffed. Why not accept company coupons and then get upset when a customer leaves? I get that these are franchises but still you should accept your own company coupons.
