Meal prepping on Sundays until I hate everything in my fridge, dropping way too much on meal delivery services, buying those grocery store kits that still somehow take forever and cost a fortune. Nothing really stuck. Southern Steer is the first thing that actually works for me. You do have to cook it yourself, but it's easy, it tastes good, and it doesn't feel like a punishment at checkout. Staff are friendly and helpful every time I've been in. I'm in about twice a week at this point. Less time, less money, better food than most of what I was doing before. I was completely hooked after my first atomic pig turd. If you know, you know. If you don't, go find out.
