  Very busy, only 1 person working. Had to go through the drive thru. Beware of the long wait.

  El peor lugar para pedir comida rápida, supuestamente abre a las 10 de la mañana y a las 10:30 todavía no te han atendido te dejan ahí sin decirte nada, no es la primera vez que pasa. La administración de esta cadena de tiendas debería de solucionar este problema porque son muchas las quejas que hay de ese lugar, además de las demoras interminables a la hora de hacer tu pedido mínimo 25 minutos y eso es una locura

  We sat here for 15 minutes and no one came. We then went to the drive through and waited another ten minutes for someone to start taking orders.

  Idk why I bother giving this place a second chance. I waited 20 minutes for someone to even answer the order call button. No one did so I left. I’ve been five times in the last year and it’s ALWAYS awful service. 0/10 please do better

  Me and my sister were sent out by our dad, who was waiting for us in his hospital room, to go grab sonic. I pull into 3 ordering stations until i found one that worked, only to wait 20 minutes for no one to answer. I pull into another one and wait another 30 minutes for no answer again. We went to the patio to try those ordering machines and tried to get a workers help just for her to ignore us and go back inside with a straight face. We go back to the car to order online and we finally think we are in the clear when the screen says our food is on the way. Within two minutes it now said, “Thank you for ordering”. We never got the food. My sister goes up to the door to ask a worker for help. A employee comes out just to immediately hand over the food that we had been waiting to get with no apology or anything. She came back to the car and we sat to check the food while, rightfully so, complaining about the extremely poor service when a employee comes over the ordering speaker, that they never seemed to answer before, to tell me “If you want it so bad? then come in here and do it yourself”. For a grown woman to listen in on people’s conversations in their car after forcing us to have the most complicated experience at a fast food restaurant ever is absolutely insane to me. Both of the employees here should be fired immediately, this place is awful, do not recommend.
