  Sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes and had cars pulling away behind me. Nobody talking on the speaker. Once someone finally acknowledged i was in the drive thru my order was placed and repeated back to me.. the kind lady brought me my food and I was missing items. When I tried to call the store the rejected my call. Will not return to this location. $8 wasted on food i didnt recieve and ofcourse no reciept!

  Everyone knows that sonic is slow. We get it, if you wanna go there just know you’re gonna take time. No big deal. Except for I went today and waited 10 minutes in the takeout line just like I always have to and nobody came so I said OK let’s go to a stall. it is raining, I get it however before I could order anything, somebody came on the speaker and said it’s raining, Nobody’s gonna be coming out there, click. It was so rude. I don’t really understand how nowadays where you’re charging seven dollars for a drink at sonic how they can treat customers like that and expect them to come back is literally sanity. I work in customer service and I cannot imagine doing that to somebody. So are you all closed for the next month while it rains then? That makes a lot of sense for your business? better customer service is a must thats for sure.

  I pulled up and pressed the button to order. I said it then button for 30 minutes. No one came over the last speaker to take my order. So I placed my order online after that And the wait was still long. On my next post, I will have pictures of the food. And how long I had to actually wait

  Placed a mobile order and pickup for 1:37pm. Food comes out 1:50pm and I was given the correct food but wrong drinks. Personally if i just spent 15 dollars on some milkshakes and a sprite id expect it to be right. Nobody to talk to, You can't even call this place they'll just answer and hang up.

  Honestly, I’m not trying to be rude when I say that this was the worst sonic experience of my life. It took 25 minutes to get my order placed and another 15 to get the order. The reviews clearly illustrate that this location has been struggling with these exact issues for months, maybe even years. And the fact that nothing has changed in that time is enough for me to never come back. Additionally, there is clearly a lack of maintenance and upkeep around here too. What a shame.
