  I would not recommend this Location for an Animal to consume. I order online and show up at My Designated Pickup Time and wait 30 minutes and still "No Order." 👎 I pull around and have "My 19 year old get out and Ask about Our Order." The Worker proceeds to bring Order out and drops "The Straws" and I assume She a "Replace & Throw Away." However, "She proceeds to put Wet Straws from the Nasty Sidewalk and Rain Water in Our Food Bag." 🤮 I then have to get a Refund. Inconvenience & Time Wasted. Yet, People wonder why Americans keep getting sick, sick, sick 👎 Disgusting 🤢 Do Better, Cleanliness, Doesn't Cost Anything 👍

  NELSON is so disrespectful and rude. I have never experienced a situation like this and i am truly upset. He got a attitude with me and tried to argue with me over some sauce that i ordered online telling me that i did not put sauce on there but in a very rude manner i then show him proof of me ordering it and he then realizes and grabs it and gives it to me , no apology just straight rude and disrespectful.

  Esta tienda no se la recomiendo a nadie , para poder comer tienes que pasarte una hora en tu carro dentro para recoger la orden , y la atención es pésima , demoran mucho en darte la orden incluso cuando no hay carros la comida se te demora mucho tiempo

  I’m honestly very disappointed in this Sonic location. When I first started going, it was okay, but over the last couple of months, it has been one bad experience after another. I always try to give businesses multiple chances because everyone has off days, but there has been little to no improvement. Multiple stalls often do not work, and even with a mobile order placed ahead of time, the wait can still be 20 minutes or more. Then, when the food finally comes out, it is often cold or lacking flavor. The drinks have also tasted off, almost like the fountain machines need a serious cleaning. The employees do not seem happy to be there, and the customer service has not been great. I really hope management takes a serious look at this location because something needs to change if they want to keep customers coming back.

  Very disappointed. Sonic is one of my fav fast food restaurants. Ordered a banana pudding blast for delivery through DoorDash. My order arrives and the cup isn’t even full, ZERO vanilla wafer pieces on top, and ZERO wafer pieces mixed in. It is just a half empty cup of banana ice cream. Extremely disappointing. It’s not hard to train your workers correctly and not hire incompetent employees.
