  I was getting ready to spend almost $60 in food and drinks until I realized they charge a DOLLAR for a little cup of tap whatever and they charge you for every single sauce… I just put my car in drive and left a corporate like that ecspecially with rude employees arnt getting a dime out of my wallet.

  There’s a literal heat wave outside and if you come here to order food you have to pay 80 cents for an iced tap water…. Not that that’s the biggest deal but corporate that’s pretty weird and shitty

  they have messed up my ocean waters about 4 times, messed up 2 of my sweet teas today. what did i do to deserve this. why did I deserve this? is this personal? for my well earned money, this is what I get? :( i just hope it gets better, i can't believe the horror you have brought to my day.   The waitress's are sweet but the food does take a bit longer. I wouldn't call it fast food. But you will understand that when you bite into the delicious meal cooked to order. They make it fresh. You taste the difference Not to mention they're ice cream and shakes!

  I used to go there daily for slushies for about 2 years everyday. Ive meant some really nice and friendly workers but on the other hand there have been some rude snotty persons to. There was one girl who tried to keep my change ,didnt ask or anything. Brought me my order and turned around and walk away. I said something to her and she gave it to me but was really rude about it like I was the one who took it from her. 2 bucks is 2 bucks but it was more of the principle. There for a while they was always getting my order wrong no matter what i got. 2 items or 5 items. It was always wrong or took them a good 10 min to even take my order or be waiting a long time to get the order. Granted must of this was a few years ago. The service has gotten a little better.. u can get threw the line in a decent amount of time. I diid go there for a blood orange slushie during happy hour a few weeks ago and the guy tried to charge me full price and said that it had to be because of the flavor of the slushie that he couldnt honor the happy hour price. I left without the slushie that day. For the most part staff is okay now. Most of them are nice and dont mess up on the order details
