  Food delicious. Service the most unprofessional person attending the cash register! I understand people can have a bad day, but extremely rude. Just because of that I would not come back. Sad.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at Smashburger! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service really stood out! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Destiny, the manager. She’s friendly, professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s not every day you come across management that takes pride in what they do, but Destiny definitely does! Smashburger is lucky to have her. Keep up the amazing work! 👏🔥

  Sunday afternoon, the wife and I went to Smash burger on Hurstbourne lane. We ordered our food and sat in a booth and waited for our food to come out. After a while, I noticed that the couple that came in after us,were receiving their food. After a few moments, they sent their food back. After a brief conversation with the cook, the waitress proceeded to bring that same food to our table. THAT IS NOT ONLY ILLEGAL, IT'S ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Would you eat food that was served to someone else, and after they handled the food, and then sent it back, it's brought to you? What on earth were you people thinking? Did you think I didn't see what you were doing? I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!

  We placed an online order, and 10-15 minutes later went inside to pick it up. The lady at the front counter said that's not my job, go over there. The other lady that was finishing our order kept yelling for cheese since we had ordered a side cup. It wasn't even nacho cheese, it looked like shredded cheese that was microwaved, not very easy to dip fries in. The burgers were just okay, was hoping for a crispy lace edge. Definitely not better than Culver's.

  1sr time here. Definitely will be back. Burgers are real meat, fresh and juicy. Not a frozen block of meat! Fries are crispy and coated with rosemary and olive oil. Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Staff suggested that we try hot dogs next time as she loves them as much as the burgers.
