  Fries were warm, burger was hot and that was after I finished the fries. Fries would have been warmer if the young man working the counter wasn't on his phone. Wouldn't serve my food in a basket, just put it in a bag and brought it to the table. Guess they were too busy to wash the baskets even though there was only 3 customers in the dining area. This was Sunday at 7pm and they are open until 9:30pm so it wasn't like they were closing soon , that would be understandable. Bottom bun was saturated with so much lately grease that is soaked through the bun, through the wrapper and was on the table. This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and the second visit was exactly like the first. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but for $20 it is not worth it. McDonald's doesn't have enough grease on their burgers to soak through the bun and wrapper. I recommend managing, owners and shareholders of Smashburger to go to Five Guys and see how they conduct business and train their employees. As a consumer, I recommend 5 Guys, McDonald's or even Burger King.

  I got the scorching hot chicken burger and scorching hot fries. The chicken burger was good but wasn't even spicy much less "scorching hot!" Wendy's spicy chicken is way hotter!! The fries weren't bad but they weren't any hotter than the burger. This was my 1st time to a smash burger. I wasn't impressed and doubt I'll be back. As for the noise level. It started out quiet but then a crowd came in and it got very loud.

  Good food, terrible service. Waitress kept trying to talk tbe line of people out of ordering. Was super rude. To be fair, I was part of a large convention. But it was day 3 and the business should have known better. They had to have made bank during our stay.

  The manger there has a disgusting attitude toward me as I simply asked for a refund on the old, cold, fries I received. He was almost aggressive with the simple request. He offered more but we had already waited 30 mins on a burger and fries and didn’t want to wait any longer so we decided to just enjoy the burger. The way I was treated by a person that is suppose to lead a time was absolutely terrible. I will not be back due to the hostility of the manager almost seemed he wanted to fight about fries ridiculous. This is coming from someone that has worked in the restaurant business for 10+ years. The blonde lady at the front absolute angel, hard worker, and polite as you should be in customer service. They should fire him and train her as manager as she handled the situation incredibly well by mediating the situation and directing her superiors bad attitude elsewhere. There is no room for bad apples in a place that has great potential. He acted like I was trying to get something free or something. He stated why did you wait 30 mins to return them.(the time he read from the receipt when the order was placed) if he would have asked I would have explained it took 30 minutes from the time he read on the receipt to get my food so at the time of the complaint I had my food only 5 mins.
