  The Mushroom Swiss keeps me coming back, but that thimble they call a medium milkshake is a joke. I didn't even get a straw for it.

  I went there ate the food was fresh hot the people were friendly and all having a good time I highly recommend

  Waited on them for 2 hours , only for them to tell me they just now making the food . Highly pissed !

  After rebuilding this rallies the service has went downhill drastically for regular customers and for DoorDash went there last night and the manager comes out with two employees who decide to sit on the curb smoke a cigarette while the manager is frantic because they've ran out of food and she has nobody to help her fulfill any orders for regular customers and or doordash if it weren't that I DoorDash frequently and had to go to this Rally's I wouldn't probably ever go back

  If I could give 0 stars I would! My entire experience was horribly difficult and troubling. The AI at the intercom could barely understand alterations to the order but repeatedly tried to upsell. So we had to repeat our order over and over. Once we arrived at the window Adja, the cashier at the window was absolutely horrible and rude from the beginning. She started out trying to repeat the order to my husband but immediately became visibly upset when he told her the order was wrong and told her the correct order. She then told us what she had down at that time, which was still wrong. I leaned over and told her the correct order and tried to offer clarification. No one in my car was rude or did anything to this woman at any time. But she repeatedly rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, and was verbally rude to us the entire time. So, finally my husband asked her why was she giving us so much attitude. She closed the window and walked away. We asked for the manager but instead she went to the front, walk-up area. There were people there who heard and watched the interaction. I don't know what happened before we arrived there BUT what I do know is that we did not do anything to her to deserve the treatment we received. @Rallys is this how you treat your customers? Is this the type of employees you hire? I, my husband, and my children deserve an apology because this was completely unnecessary!
