- OSOlivia ShayOct 6, 20242.0We tried placing an order through the app and noticed after an hour it still said it was "in the oven" so we called and was on hold for a while and hung up and tried calling back a few more times and finally got ahold of a manager who was very nice and explained the day manager canceled our order and did not call or email us to let us know and after her explaining that they were moving locations and repeating the story a few more times we decided to just go somewhere else as we waited over an hour already.
