  We placed an order through Pizza Hut's website. It accepted the order and assigned a Door Dasher to deliver it. 50 minutes later I became suspicious. The online portal time had long passed but it still said working. So, I call the number and the person at the call center on the other side of the planet tells me that the store is closed and the order was cancelled. I asked why the heck I was even allowed to place an order at a store that wasn't open AND why it wouldn't notify me that it was cancelled. She had no answers. Upon picking up an order from another pizza place, I stopped by and sure enough the store isn't even open on a Saturday evening.......... My expectations weren't very high, but they failed us more than I could ever imagine possible. Might as well change the name to Gaslight Pizza. I would have been totally fine being told the store was closed and the order was cancelled but to be gaslit for an hour waiting with hangry wife and kids is beyond unacceptable.

  This store is horrible waiting over 30 min , the guy Jason act like he didn’t care to be at work . The manager yelling about how she did the truck order but forgot to place it due to not being the opening manager . They not once gave me an update regarding wait times .

  Was just harassed about a tip and DIDNT even see what food was cold missing drink missing sauces he didn’t speak English so h sat my food on the ground told him I didmt want he toss on ground before walking grabbing door demanding tip and ik telling him im missing things been on the phone with stor for 30 mins still no answer 0/10 NEVER WILL RETURN

  We waited an hr for our food. When we called we were told they canceled our order. Apparently the had no oven but failed to tell us.

  Horrible customer service!!! All my items never got delivered they won’t answer at the store and if they do they put you on hold until it hangs up itself. I spent so much money, food arrive 40 mins late from delivery time and I all I wanted was the rest of my food and I can’t even get an answer smh.
