  Went twice. First time store smelled like weed and the pizza didn't have ANY sauce???? Tried to give it another try and the receipt says buffalo medium but this is bbq. I don't even understand how this business is even open at this point.

  Megan is one of the best MG’s that I have ever ran into if you ever come to Louisville Kentucky make sure you come to this Pizza Hut on in Hughes not Moore but Middletown 13. What was it 21 zero she’s the best.

  We placed an order through Pizza Hut's website. It accepted the order and assigned a Door Dasher to deliver it. 50 minutes later I became suspicious. The online portal time had long passed but it still said working. So, I call the number and the person at the call center on the other side of the planet tells me that the store is closed and the order was cancelled. I asked why the heck I was even allowed to place an order at a store that wasn't open AND why it wouldn't notify me that it was cancelled. She had no answers. Upon picking up an order from another pizza place, I stopped by and sure enough the store isn't even open on a Saturday evening.......... My expectations weren't very high, but they failed us more than I could ever imagine possible. Might as well change the name to Gaslight Pizza. I would have been totally fine being told the store was closed and the order was cancelled but to be gaslit for an hour waiting with hangry wife and kids is beyond unacceptable.
