  Got our order and the pizzas wasn’t even fully cooked(doughy at the bottom and no brown on the cheese) and one pizza was missing the sausage, and both pizzas not cut all the way… and didn’t even get the cheese sticks that we ordered either. Called the restaurant to get it fixed and the manager on duty sounded confused and didn’t know how to handle the situation, and said she would call back in 10 min after she called her GM. Been past 30 min and still haven’t heard nothing. Poor food quality, and poor customer service.. this isn’t the first issue we’ve had with this location on messing orders up either. Safe to say it’s the last time we use them..

  Unfortunately, my experience at this Pizza Hut on Preston Highway was pretty disappointing. I waited at the restaurant about 15 minutes longer than the time I was originally told my food would be ready. I understand that restaurants get busy and delays happen, so the wait itself wasn’t a huge deal. Unfortunately, there were several other issues that made the overall experience frustrating. Both restrooms were out of service. When I asked about using the bathroom, the employee told me that someone had stolen the keys to the men’s restroom and that I would have to use the women’s restroom instead. When I went to use that one, it was locked as well. She then told me that someone had apparently stolen that key too and even commented that she was glad it was stolen because she didn’t have to deal with the restroom. The restaurant also looked like it needed some attention and maintenance, particularly on the outside. It just didn’t give the impression of being a particularly well-kept location. After waiting for my food, I finally received my pizza only to find that it wasn’t cut all the way through. I had to take it home and personally finish cutting the slices myself. I understand that things happen and that employees can only work with what they have, but taken together, the long wait, unusable restrooms, lack of maintenance, and pizza that wasn’t properly cut made this a pretty underwhelming experience. Hopefully the location can get some maintenance and attention because there’s definitely room for improvement.

  They only reason Pizza Hut is getting a 6 star rating on this evening is because Kristina was able to help my grandmother get her order placed after the call center had her on the phone repeating herself 10 times only for her order to still not be placed, but Ms. Kristina was very patient and understanding and help my grandmother get her order placed without any problems.... She is amazing and we are greatful she was able to help. Thanks Kristina!!!!!
