  This is the worst Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with regular pepperonis on it. They gave me a different kind. We took the pizza back and was informed they were out of the ones I ordered (so basically they gave me what they wanted me to have). Since we used our points to pay, we were told it would be back on our account within 5 business days AND would give us a credit. The next time we ordered, no credit and no points back. We were then told to contact customer service. Once we did, we were told to reply to the email with all the information. Since doing so, we still have yet to receive our points back. The entire situation has put a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't refer this company to anyone.

  Genuinely fire, walked in and was greeted with a smile! Asked for the special and didn't know what type of crust I wanted and the guy working the cash register told his personal favorite, pan cooked or something like that! 3 topping large pizza for $9.99 and it was amazing, this my new go to 100/10 ◇

  The food is great, pizzas are tasty, the cinnamon sticks bread stick things are amazing and even our kids personal pan pizzas from the summer reading thing was great. If you were getting delivery or take out, everything is 5 stars. The service and people working there was also good. The problem is that the inside is awful. Super dirty and stained floors. The drink machine is out of order, the counter is a mess and the bathrooms appear to have so much damage to random parts that it is wild to think what actually happened, lol. I like free breadsticks. But asking for 5-star reviews in exchange for breadsticks is unethical. Don’t buy reviews. Provide great service, food and atmosphere and earn it. I really hope the owners invest some time and money into cleaning and maintaining the dining room because the food deserves a much better environment. It feels like the restaurant has been neglected for a long time, which is disappointing when everything coming out of the kitchen is so enjoyable. I’d happily dine in again if the interior matched the quality of the food.
