  Tried to order delivery like I’ve done many times to discover the option to pay in cash for delivery has disappeared. This doesn’t seem like a huge deal but it limits mine and other disabled people’s ability to order food when we need delivery and only have cash on hand. I called the store twice, once to be hung up on immediately after they answered without a word, and the second time for them to hang up on me AGAIN when I inquired as to why they took away the ability to pay in cash! Absolutely abhorrent and abysmal customer service.

  It’s 12am and I’ve been in this for thirty minutes! The line here never moves fast!! It could be two cars in the drive through but somehow someway it takes like 10 minutes per car. Outrageous! Also last time I asked for Pan pizza and they gave me regular, which is frankly not appetizing like the pan. I hated it. Please improve the drive through times- slowest place I’ve ever been! And you can’t leave because of the way the drive through it set up. They must have known people were going to want to leave the line because of the long amount of time they take to bring the pizza out! Please staff the store properly or something! I don’t want to come back here anymore!
