  I placed an order for delivery over an hour before the restaurant closed on 6/26/2026 and never received it or a refund. They charged a $6 delivery fee but did not disclose that they would be using a third party DoorDash driver to deliver the food. The driver arrived ~40 minutes before the restaurant’s closing time and was told my order was not ready. They waited ten minutes before unassigning the order, leaving me waiting for another driver. The second driver arrived at the store ~15 minutes before closing and was told once again my order was not ready. At this point it was 10 minutes past when Pizza Hut said my order would be delivered. They were asked to wait in their vehicle and that they would be contacted when the food was ready. Instead, the workers closed the store and refused to acknowledge the driver again and also refused to cancel the DoorDash order on their end. The charge was still pending at this point and rather than stop the transaction they completed it the next day, taking my money, wasting my time, and leaving me with no food. They did not contact me or process a refund despite filling out their form requesting they do so. I have had to file a chargeback in the hopes I can receive a refund that way. In conclusion, this store is run by lazy liars who will take your money then close the store. Go elsewhere.

  The lady at the register was extremely nice. I walked in while she was in the process of boxing up my order. Customer service was excellent and the food was great.
