  Im done here. Too many times we get all crust, no cheese ar half toppings. Their excuse was their district manager was there and they were being watched. Really?

  I have order from this location many times before to my apartment and today they cancelled my order without notifying me. Because they said the order didnt have an apartment number. How is that possible si ce I have been deliver here before. This is insane!

  My brother helped me realize something that I never paid much attention to. They asked you to tip even whenever you're picking your food up. They're just doing their job. They're not even bringing it to your table. So that's one thing but let me show y'all the pepperoncini they gave me with my pizza ever sent Shaq bought it. It's went downhill. Two for like 23 though. Large pizzas for pickup. I've been eating it for years and you probably don't even need to look at this review if you want. Papa John's Pizza but in case you do I'm going to keep it real with you one time. Have a blessed day. We still ate it of course.

  Placed an order with the Hillview location and total amount was almost 50 dollars. Pizza arrived warm instead of hot but wasn’t really upset by that as traffic could have been bad. The drinks arrived hot not warm and when opened were flat and exploded. This obviously was a concern when you spend almost 50 dollars. Called the store expecting to be told they would send out cold drinks or at least compensate the price of the drinks. I was really surprised when the girl told me their cooler was broken for the last two days and wouldn’t be fixed for five more days. She said that it wasn’t their fault and refused to redeliver cold drinks or refund the cost. We have ordered close to 300 dollars from the store in the last few months and expected more. What a shame that the customer service has fallen to “ it’s not our fault that the drinks were undrinkable. The store’s reviews are marginally at best.

  The pizza we get from this place is never cooked through. Half the doe is mushy raw. Its disgusting. Dont get me started on the flavorless cheese and toppings. There is better pizza everywhere around here.
