  Placed an online order for one of the specials that was running at the time. When the pizzas arrive, they were absolutely not what was ordered. When I contacted the manager, they said we got what we ordered, which was a very bold faced lie. Tried contacting corporate to get some resolution ... no response. This will be the last time I order anything from this company, either at this location, or elsewhere. I strongly recommend you do the same.

  I’ve been to this Papa John’s on Mud Lane numerous times, and it’s always been a pretty solid experience. The pizzas are consistently hot and fresh, and my orders have been accurate. The staff is friendly, and service is usually quick whether I’m picking up or ordering ahead. A dependable location when you’re in the mood for pizza.

  The papa John’s on mudd lane is absolutely horrible. A couple of weeks ago I ordered two of the 12” cheese bread a large pepperoni pizza. Spent almost $50. It was trash the cheese bread had almost no cheese on it and neither did the pizza. It was so bad I called and complained. I would’ve took it back that same evening but I live 30 minutes away and we were getting ready to go out of town the next morning. The manager said they would remake my order at my convenience so when we got back in town I called for my remake. The girl that answered was completely rude cut me off and put me on hold. The manager was nice when she got on the phone. When I picked up my order, guess what? Trash AGAIN! This is a REMAKE, you would think that would be enough for someone to make it the correct way but no. These employees obviously don’t care about the customers or their job. I’m not even bothering calling again and I most definitely won’t be giving my money to them again. Just want to warn the community, DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PAPA JOHNS

  Im done here. Too many times we get all crust, no cheese ar half toppings. Their excuse was their district manager was there and they were being watched. Really?

  My brother helped me realize something that I never paid much attention to. They asked you to tip even whenever you're picking your food up. They're just doing their job. They're not even bringing it to your table. So that's one thing but let me show y'all the pepperoncini they gave me with my pizza ever sent Shaq bought it. It's went downhill. Two for like 23 though. Large pizzas for pickup. I've been eating it for years and you probably don't even need to look at this review if you want. Papa John's Pizza but in case you do I'm going to keep it real with you one time. Have a blessed day. We still ate it of course.
