One girl was literally flattening the dough up to her elbows. Another guy left the dough and reached into his pockets only to go back to touching the dough. It was very disgusting. I wanted to get my money back and I should have said something.

I placed the order two hours in advance for a 12:30 PM pickup since I needed to be at the school by 12:45 PM and I wanted to serve them hot. Unfortunately, the pizzas were not ready at the scheduled time, and I had to wait. When I asked about it, I was told that they try to honor pickup times but do not guarantee them, and that corporate orders are prioritized. Overall, the pizza was fine, but I hope they can improve consistency with scheduled pickup times, especially when customers are ordering ahead for events.
