  Don’t usually review, but experience was so bizarre I felt I had to. There was a line out the door when I arrived. It was at least 10 minutes before I saw anyone even being acknowledged. About half the staff were busy, the other half seemed to be wandering around while actively avoiding eye contact with the people waiting. When it was finally my turn after 25 minutes of waiting, the cashier was unable to operate the cash register. Instead of asking a coworker for help, they mumbled something, walked a foot away, and stood there acting busy but doing nothing. I waited for about another 10 minutes, standing with my pizza and payment on the counter before another worker finally let me pay. The change was wrong in my favor. Very strange experience, would be 5/5 for entertainment value, but I have to lower it since my pizza was cold by the time I got it. The management at this location must be awful. I don’t blame the workers because about half were genuinely working hard making pizzas, and the other half seemed completely confused and untrained about what to do.

  This store use to be better but here lately its not very good poorly made food it seems they just dont care anymore about quality and even worse they continue to raise prices i can see why they have a 3.1 rating here

  So normally the food is awesome and the employees are great but sadly this last time I ordered a pizza from there, my son opened the pizza in the car… and a roach crawled out from under the pizza. They did offer me a refund and was nice about it but that is quite disgusting.

  I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this store. I ordered the new Toy Story 5 personal pan pizza. Honestly, could have bought a frozen pizza that looked and tasted better. What has happened to quality over whatever this is? The pizza tastes like the box. It's giving...Domino's. The ingredients taste bland. There's no umph in your pizzas anymore. Just flat, basic and cheap. I know in this economy finding cheap is a blessing, but come on! The pizza looks like it's needs a vacation and a hug. Or maybe I do after trying to eat this. Just sad. Do better!
