- HBHunter Beggs2 days ago2.0Still havent received my refund for the canceled order. Ended up paying twice for a pizza that was dry and barely had any alfredo sauce. They already didnt have chicken. It was basically a 18 dollar large spinach cheese bread with barely any cheese or spinach... very disappointing. Ill be in contact with the manager till I get my money back. Possibly for the entire amount of both orders at this point.

Saw the 50% off deal on any pizza when you pick up, and called the Springhurst location to order a medium pepperoni. Used a card to pay plus 20% tip. Didn't realized till I got home that I paid full price...my bad for not being more observant. Called, manager's response was sorry, you must have been connected to corporate and by the way it was just an online special. No where on the ad was that mentioned. Yeah, it was only $6.50 and it won't keep me up, but really missed over how my complaint was handled.
