- KHKim HolmesSep 13, 20261.0Got my pizza and sandwich pizza was barely warm. I was also charged a delivery fee and papa John’s didn’t bring it door dash did. And I tipped the driver so I spent 35$ on half cold pizza and charged for a delivery fee . I called the Marion Indiana store and your manager Kyle informed me my food wasn’t cold and that door dash got that money for delivery. I would like my money returned! I will never order from there again!
- AWAnne WilsonSep 11, 20261.0Papa John’s Heath Ohio, wow, manager told us to stop ordering because we complained the pizza is 30 minutes late. They have progressively gotten worse - we will take her advise!

- GNGeorge NeherAug 15, 20261.0Only have 1 Papajohns near u, s and a lot of issues. We have been using them for a few years and they usually offer the best pizza for 16 miles but the manager, Papa John's Store 665Order #0042, doesn't care to much with problems with orders, We order the same pizza each time and a lot of times they are good but a lot of times they seem that the pizza that is soggy or bad. The reason we were told again just now too, and was told the extra sauce causes it. Well, the last 8 or ten as the same order was perfect but the manager always has an issue. Not trying to make a problem, but her service for delivery needs help. We wlil keep ordering, hoping the next one is ok?
