  The staff were very nice and helpful, the pizza was good but the restaurant itself was awful. When we first pulled up I noticed the lot had not been taken care of the grass was at least a foot tall and the flgarden beds had not been tended to. This inside if the restaurant just plain felt dirty. The table we sat at "felt" dirty. The bathroom was the same. And very few of the games were in working order. I may, someday, order a pizza for carry out but I'll never eat inside the business itself. Overall rating was a 2 and that's only because the food was fresh and hot.

  We had a terrible experience at this place. My granddaughter turned three we brought 15 people. There was no pizzas out. Looks like the pizza that was out was several hours old. There was one out and it was several hours old. It was dried up by the light. They went to play games. A lot of the games just ate points and they had a card and a lot of them didn’t work so it just ate points off the card, then we got to the to get the gifts and the guy was very rude. My grandson almost hitting he was very rude and did not talk to the kids or the mom like she was an adult. It was awful. They were three tickets short and she gave him her card to pay for another card to get three tickets cause one of the kids wanted something and he said I don’t want that. It was just a terrible experience and we will not be back.

  Went here tonight for dinner to celebrate my niece's 3rd birthday, and wow... what a sad excuse for a Gatti's. The previous Gatti's was a million times better, and I feel bad that kids nowadays won't get to experience it. The floors were so sticky that my friend's shoe came off, and mine are still sticky. Half of the games didn't work but still took money from our game cards. The food trays were literally empty when we got there, and the dishes were dirty. The game attendant was absolutely awful. We went up to redeem prizes, and two of the three toddlers we were with got their little stuffed animals, but the third was just THREE tickets short. Keep in mind, he was only 2 years old. We even offered to pay the difference for the three tickets, but the attendant refused. Instead, we had to spend more money so he could play another game, even though the broken machines had been stealing from us all night. Gatti's should be a fun, exciting place for kids, but this place felt like where childhood dreams go to die. I wish I could give 0 stars.

  Excellent service , food was great. Will be going back. Very clean had over 20 games love it
