  THEFT! I ordered through the drive through, and they decided to automatically charge me more and upsize the combo without my permission. They didn’t ask if I wanted that.

  Bruh , literally got charged for the sauce included with my order. Ain’t no way this place really on that type of time. 🤦‍♂️

  Saturday morning, 7:15am,walking into Mickey D’s…YAY!! Not today. All the lights are on inside,but the lobby doors r locked. We call but no answer. They claim they’re open 24 hours.NOT! We try to order via the app, but the ‘deals’ won’t add to the order. The drive-thru is open, but the employee doesn’t know when the lobby will open or why it’s closed.to top it off, he can’t get the ‘deals’ from the app to transfer to the order he’s entering. The code used in the app for the restaurant to use won’t take. We can place the order but have to pay regular price. no deals. no rewards. We finally decided to leave and give Hardees breakfast a try.

  I asked for a cup of sugar and they gave it to me. Even though the song says "a spoonful of sugar... something something something". Then they tried to throw ketchup at my face, but it missed and landed perfectly on my burger. Well played, McD's. Well played.

  This is quite literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We’ve been here at least a dozen times because it’s right by our house and we have NEVER had a correct order. Literally something missing or wrong every single time. Tonight, I order delivery through the app and used points to redeem for a large French fry and that was the only food I got for myself. Can you guess what wasn’t in the bag?
