- LSLord Samson3 days ago3.0I rarely visit this establishment. Not just this location, but all of them! I go maybe once every 2 years just to get a sweet tea. But the kids tend to like them so we decided to stop at this location and check it out. They actually got my order right the first time which was shocking since the last half dozen visits the orders were all wrong. The staff was pleasant, but as usual the food was blah. When I pulled up to the drive-thru instead of saying welcome to McDonald's make I take your order please, the first thing they said was is this an Uber order or an app order. The world has changed.

Missing items, incorrect items, no sauces, etc. Having to go inside to get an order fixed is an equally poor experience. No one ever comes to the counter because it’s a kiosk-only ordering system in the lobby.

The staff is rude I tried calling corporate they sent me to a voicemail for the manager of the store. They never called me back. I give them numerous chances. The atmosphere inside is awful!. I order for taken eat in supposed to be able to trade. They give me it as it to go and only give half my order and then they finally gave me the other half. The little table top tents are supposed to be on top and the table and they supposed to bring it out to you. They don't at all. And look at you like a crazy thing. I ordered at the kiosk. None of the receipts printed out. There's always tons of people waiting for over 10 minutes. No one attends to the front register.
