  This has got to be the worst McDonald’s of all time. Every single time I order from here, they screw it up. I don’t know if the workers have comprehension issues or what but they need to get on the ball and do better. The fries are always limp and cold… everytime I order Spicy chicken wraps they give me ranch. It’s not that damn hard. I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s.

  Had me waiting 10 plus minutes for a DoorDash order thst was already ready not to mention i pulled around drive thru was told to come in for said DoorDash so they knew who I was and then I come in no one greets you ask you what’s your order or nothing I was standing pick up window just waiting being seen by all the workers and no one said anything I peak my head in and knock politely says excuse me 50x just to hear “I’m not dealing with that” by the Caucasian lady wearing glasses with hair in ponytail sorry excuse for a restaurant if you ask me everyone is back there having a good ole conversation and all DO NOT COME HERE!!!.

  Drive thru order for me and my son. The drive thru was slow!!!! Two cars orders taken in outer lane before anyone asked me for my order. I visited two days earlier and everything was Luke warm, the double cheeseburger value meal was warm, the fries was limp like they wasn't even fried and they was bent down compacted to the bottom. This meal was not a bring home, I ate as I was driving. Very disappointed and I only ate here because I was away from home. Not a fan of this location. I'm going to where the food is hot. The hamburger patty was Mcthin! You pay more you get less.

  This is the slowest, most incompetent drive thru on Dixie hwy…I’ve gave it several chances because it’s so close to home, but I’ll drive out of way from now on…I’ve had to return for missing items twice, after sitting in line for 20 plus minutes each time…even when the order is “right”, it’s still gonna be a 15-20 minute wait in line
