No cheese on ANY of our breakfast sandwiches...hash browns literally fell apart because of the grease...in the end all 3 sandwiches, barely eaten, and each hash brown ended up in the bag...kind of a let down..
- ABAbby BMay 3, 20262.0Being a brand new McDonald’s, you expect expectations to be high. We have given this location one too many chances. The first time we had a pickup order and they made us pull up to two different windows and then go park, and then completely forgot about us as we waited 30 mins, INSANE for fast food. Today I order breakfast a big breakfast meal which includes pancakes and they can’t include the butter or syrup? Why is it so hard to follow simple instructions, truly. Are the workers here that lazy? Food isn’t cheap anymore, I shouldn’t be paying these prices for things to be missing, and I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Not to mention, the pancakes are cold and I live 5 minutes away so they didn’t cool down that quickly.

On top of the fact that regardless of if you order curside or go through to the drive thru you will be pulled to a spot to sit for 15 minutes minimum waiting for your order. Most of the time you end up having to walk in & its always just sitting there getting cold. Today I got to the restaurant 10 minutes after I placed the order & still waited in a spot for 19 MINUTES for a cheeseburger that wasnt even correct.
