- KWKayla Weber5 days ago2.0Tried this location out as it was close. Never again. This is not a McDonald’s to stop and eat in. No drink machine in lobby and if you stand at the counter for a refill they just look at you from the back and ignore you, not to mention it took forever for food.

Every single time I have ever gone the drive-through is completely full and all the drive-through spots are also full and I’ve always been asked to sit in a reserve spot because they are so unbelievably slow. Avoid this place like the plague this is the very last time I will ever come here. There are so many better McDonald’s in the city. And all I usually ever get is a large Coke and two Mc doubles, but they never have anything pre-ready.

Half the time you place a mobile order, you find out when you get there that the system isn't working and they can't process the order. only location I've ever encountered this problem and it's been at least half my visits. Stopped in once so my daughter could use the bathroom and found out too late that there was no toilet paper left in the entire building. I know it's new, but I've given them enough chances to figure things out and it just isn't happening.
