  New to using the app I asked how to get the free nuggets I was supposed to get as a new user. The employee kept coming back to ask for my order and leaving when I asked this. Repeat for probably 10 minutes, then when they did it again I said I've been asking this but people are yelling at me so I won't be ordering. Someone behind me in the drive through yelled COME ON. It's not my fault the employee couldn't answer my question. Never returning to this location again and I hope the person who yelled at me gets the day they deserve.

  Amazing service, the girl at the window named klynn was the sweetest I love talking to employees who actually love their job she definitely needs recognition. 10/10 would come back|

  I don’t know his name, but he was a black male, with a black and gold watch, and high top with curls, and I think he’s a lakers fan; you would think people would have a attitude early in the morning like how my girlfriend is this morning (cause she aint worked mornings in a long time), but he made my day bringing up the playoffs and sharing our views about who should win, him saying ant should go to lakers was kinda crazy tho, but I love his energy tho, great guy

  My daughter and I went to McDonald's specifically for the KPop Demon Hunters ice cream, we also ordered two meals. Pulled up and paid for everything, and when we got to the second window they tell us the ice cream machine is broken. I asked for a refund for the ice cream and that took them about 10 minutes to figure out. They then tell us to pull over to the side and wait for our food. It took another 25 minutes to receive our order. All total it took us over 30 minutes just to get two meals, its crazy. The workers seem to have zero clue what they are doing and the food, even for a mcdonald's, was mediocre. This is the second time I have been to this location in the past month, the first time it also took about 45 minutes to get our food by no exaggeration.

  Gave me my order like normal then gave me one out of my two drinks then proceeded to say “our ice cream machine is broken” without an alternative. He was already rude as hell at the beginning saying “sooo are you gonna tell me the order number?” If you hate your job just say it but don’t take it out on me and give me an alternative to my drink that I ordered online that you didn’t say anything about until I got to the window. Had all the time in the world to say it at the speaker.
