  10/10 every single time. This location will remind you how good this junk food can be. Whoever is in charge here is the gold standard. Workers are always on point and very courteous. The food is always hot and EXACTLY what it should be. This should be the restaurant McDonalds highlights for how the rest should be run.

  Orders are consistently wrong. The staff are all foreign and pretend to not speak English so complaining is pointless. Also the manager/owner is incredibly arrogant and rude and makes it very clear that he could not care less about customer retainment. Specifically I just took my daughter there for a hot fudge Sunday at 10:00 p.m. while she is on spring break. The app that I ordered from said they would be open until 11:00. He closed early and refused to give us the food we've already paid for. He came to the window and very rudely told me several times that he doesn't care then slammed the window in my face and walked away. I've included a picture of him walking away. I will never return and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this so they will go somewhere else. We simply drove over to the new Burger King on Crittenden drive that was still open as advertised and we had extremely friendly quick service.
