    This location is so terrible. My husband was up there for 30 minutes with our children waiting for our food. He went inside and they literally ignored him and pretended he wasn’t even there. Who does that? Now he is sitting in the drive thru waiting some more….

    Went to get breakfast from being off work. I asked to have my food made to order and was told that the food was fresh and it wasn’t. We complained to the manager about the delivery of the order taker and she apologized on his behalf. Only to still give us cold food.

    All in all sucked. Never get half the food I order, it’s cold, burgers are usually pink. The staff is rude. No one answers the phone. I’m done going to this building.

    I had a frustrating experience at the West End location early this morning, just after 10 AM. 🍟 When I was paying at the first window, I questioned how my order was rung up. Even though that worker confirmed it, the person handing out the food at the second window couldn't have cared less. 🙅🏾‍♂️ I noticed a hash brown was missing and asked to add it since it’s what I originally ordered. Instead of fixing the mistake, the bald guy at the second window had a nasty attitude and told me there was nothing he could do. 😤 He actually expected me to go all the way back through the drive-thru line for a single hash brown that they messed up! 🏎️💨 He didn't care about me, my order, or anything I was saying—his whole vibe was "take this food whether it's right or wrong and keep it pushing." 👎🏾 The man was already unpleasant to look at, but his attitude made him even uglier. 👺 Since the order was wrong, I told him I didn't want it. He still refused to be helpful and demanded I pull over and park just to get a refund. 🚔 I had somewhere to be and my mom had also ordered food, so I didn't have time to go inside for a refund. Plus, I was already so pissed that I needed to just leave and preserve my energy. 💆🏾‍♀️🔋 His ignorance and lack of customer service were unbelievable. It’s disappointing that this is who they have representing their business, but I guess that’s just what you get in the West End. 🚮🤡
