Last night—April 11th—I stopped by the store several times while working for DoorDash, and the shift was an absolute disaster. Orders were marked as "ready," yet I ended up waiting around 20 minutes just to be assisted. Meanwhile, many of the employees were having a laugh in the food prep area, while others were outside smoking; they then came back inside and began preparing food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. On several occasions throughout the night when I visited the store, it was total chaos: the staff on duty were constantly outside smoking, and the young woman who appeared to be handling online orders was sitting in the customer seating area, displaying such a complete lack of motivation that it was reflected in the way she interacted with customers. This poor service is not typical—I visit the store frequently, and it would be unfair to generalize—which is why I am specifically highlighting the shift on the night of April 11th, or to be even more precise, the period after 10:00 PM. I hope this issue is resolved and that this poor level of service does not become the norm.
