  Make sure you check your order before you leave...then they lied to me when I asked for chocolate shakes but brought me vanilla saying they were chocolate. Didn't get an item I ordered and paid for. They gave me spicy chicken when box said deluxe crispy...really.

  I waited for my order for over 10 minutes, but I approached them and told them, and that's when they noticed I had an order. Even then, to eat it there, I had to wait another 5 minutes. So, I was late for over 20 minutes. The service is terrible

  I don’t understand how I’m standing in a McDonald’s with employees at the front counter, yet I’m forced to order from a kiosk like I’m inconveniencing them. What exactly are y’all here for? And let’s be real—y’all acting like everybody homeless or something, like people don’t deserve basic respect when they walk in. People still expect actual customer service. Not everybody wants to use a kiosk, especially when there are employees right there. On top of that, the attitude is crazy. The customer service is nonexistent—rude, dismissive, and just plain lazy. Nobody greets you, nobody offers help, and when you do interact with staff, it feels like you’re bothering them for doing what they’re paid to do. This location is the definition of unprofessional. If you don’t want to work in customer service, then don’t—but don’t take it out on the customers. Do better.
