    for your own health and safety please do not eat here. there was a dead bug mixed in with the fries i received. (the photo was taken after i threw out the fries and dug the bug out to take this photo for proof of it) i’m not sure if there were anymore as i almost ate it mistaking it for a brown fry.

    As always, something is missing. I asked for a steak egg cheese bagel, with no onion no breakfast sauce and they left off the egg. I tried to call and I got like this Spanish hotline.

    The young female manager (Trinity) was very rude, hostile, and more concerned about her "title" than customer service.

    I drove past the first window & the girl at the first window decided to pick a fight about it. I only eat fast food enough to know that if the first window is closed you just go to the second. There was a person ahead of me and behind me and I was just keeping up with that car. Then I hear someone yelling & a head sticking out of the first window gesturing to reverse. So I said oh sorry, but the girl already had an attitude and said We don’t pay up there. I said oh sorry the window was closed. Then she said Well you just ZOOMED past…which is confusing because firstly, I would’ve caused an accident if I zoomed anywhere because I wasn’t first in line… So I said sorry again, and told her it will be okay. That was like SUPER angry energy and idk if the drive thru people need a break or something but don’t take it out on people. I reversed and was able to pay, my arms are long so I was able to reach the tap. Like, it’s all good. If anything, I could’ve parked walked in and paid inside. No one’s life was in danger, it’s a drive thru, it was a simple mistake but the response was unnecessary and over inflated for the situation. I work customer service too. There was no need for the need to start a back and forth when the mistake is already being corrected.
