  What is the point of the receipt on the burger if you’re still not going to get the burger right? Do we need to hold up the line and thoroughly inspect the burger before we can pull out? This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have sent a certified letter to McDonalds corporate in Chicago requesting this McDonald’s goes to a different franchise. And since the onions were on both sides of the 2 patties, I am only assuming this was done on purpose in which I have let the health department and attorney general know.

  Mal servicio podría decir que hasta racista , pedimos nuestra comida y antes de apagar su micrófono se escuchó decir aaasshhh realmente es servir al cliente ? No me entregaron un frapee de mi pedido realmente la actitud deja mucho que decir ! Buen servicio y ser cordiales es lo que le falta a este lugar !

  Went through the drive thru for my mobile order. I pulled to the speaker and was greeted with “What do you want” taken aback, because I didn’t think he was talking to me I said excuse me? Yep, he was talking to me .. again I got “What do you want”. I replied “to order”! He then replied “yeah” . Really!!! Get the order and no sauce for the nuggets, you know you can’t eat dry nuggets!!! No sauce happens all the time, so send teenage daughter in to get sauce. She stands at counter, no one greeted her. They just stood back and looked at her like “why are you in here”. Continued to be ignored, so she just spoke up and asked for sauce. When given sauce, daughter said thank you and no response from staff. Mind you no response or acknowledgment the whole time. Who ever owns this place needs to do some serious customer training!!! This is not the the first experience like this, just the first time making a post,

  The manager is SO unprofessional and hung up on me when I called to complain about our food not being brought out to us when we ordered curbside… once we went in (watched the people we pulled in behind go through the drive thru and get their food), our food was sitting behind the counter.. cold… oh and we didn’t get straws, didn’t notice until we pulled off… so unprofessional, will not be back.

  Something is off with this McDonalds. As soon as you walk in the store or pull up to the order kiosk, the app goes off-line so the customer loyalty app shuts down. I have had to physically walk outside the building to get it to reload and then your code is no good and makes you wait for several minutes until you can use the app again. Then there is no staff that will walk to the order counter to help, so you can't ask for assistance. Because there is no staff at the counter you also can't get refills. This scenario with the app has happened several times to me, both inside and drive-through. It seems sketchy and intentional. I would prefer to drive past this location to go to any other restaurant or location.
