    Tera was one of the most friendly and professional servers and made our visit to Main Event very enjoyable. I would love to have her as a server on our next visit.

    Would not allow us to order a water or soda at the bar because we were bowling. Said we had to wait for our server. Well we paid for an hour of bowling and by the time the server came, we had 28 min left on our game…. Literally refused to serve us a simple drink. Like REFUSED. Never would I have ever thought in a million years a food establishment would refuse a human the right to have a drink. They made me play my game of bowling with no way to order a drink. I’m flabbergasted. How do you refuse a person a drink? The guy at the bar said he got yelled at for serving someone who was bowling a drink by his manager. What type of manger does this? Absolute inhumane. Edit, also shortly after the server came, our game got shut off 9 minutes early. Hmmmm coincidence, I think not.

    If I could give less than a star I would. Awful trashy place. Do not go there and don’t take your kids there. Disgusting. I got there and used the bathroom, the first stall had poop all over the toilet (unfortunately people are gross so I didnt blame the place). I reported it. I went to the bar, had two drinks, ordered food, got the food, ate. (Bartender fantastic young lady, didnt get her name). Went to use the restroom again before playing games and there was STILL POOP ALL OVER THE TOILET AN HR AFTER REPORTING. Games dont work. Sanitary pad on floor. Empty drinks everywhere and trash. Bunch of kids working that obviously dont care. Manager Nick Clue immediately gave me my money back- did not try to remedy the situation which tells me he doesnt care either. Such a crap way to spend my mothers day AND anniversary!!!!!!!

    When we last attended, there were an employee in the points redemption area that thought he could speak rudely to what he also thought were unchaperoned 10 year old girls. His thought processes and decision making mechanisms reboot immediately once the presence of a father was known.

    Staff at each event. Grandson had a blast. We stayed about 3hrs.
