  Treated us with so much disrespect from the moment we walked in. Didn’t have any donuts in the correct labeled spot then acted like we were stupid for asking what donuts they were. Employees screaming and yelling literally running around in the back. Just genuinely a terrible experience and they didn’t even have the donuts we ordered originally.

  Employees who step away from donuts to come to the front counter need to change their gloves before returning back to the donuts in the back. This is unsanitary when employees are touching everything then touching food again.

  Probably the single worst experience I've ever had at a coffee place. I walked in with my son looked around. Not really much of a menu that explains what they had. I looked most of it up on my phone that's fine. The lady taking my order had an addatude the whole time and I asked for one single chocolate doughnut with sprinkles and two drinks one frozen and one plain iced coffee with creme and sugar please. She rang up like 6 doughnuts and then asked me if I still wanted a creme filled doughnut. Um no what are you talking about. Then she gave me my order and I said is that all for 1 doughnut and 2 drinks? And she huffed and started taking more things off the order that I didn't order. When I got my drinks they were both wrong and she gave me a black hot coffee. It's a shame. First time coming here and it will be my last. It's right down the road from my house but I work in Middletown. Plenty of coffee shops in-between there.

  Monday morning at 10am no change credit card only rude service bathrooms are locked this is the main hub but they have no change won't be back this just killed my experience going to Dunkin donuts

  Great helpful and understanding staff! My husband is a NASA Communications Engineer on the Artemis project. He was about to fly out for the launch and I wanted to surprise him with them before he went to the airport. The beautiful ladies where incredibly busy and when I told them about my husband and why I was begging for them asap they jumped right in and said "we got you" I'm extremely grateful for theor kindness. I meant so much!
