- DWd wtt3 days ago5.0Angels hide everywhere! I stopped into Joella's yesterday to grab lunch for my mother and I. We have practically been living in the hospital since my grandmothers recent stroke. So, as you can imagine, we are emotional wrecks. I was in extreme shambles, just falling apart inside my car as I waited in the parking lot trying to pull myself together. When I thought I had composed myself enough to go inside to place our order, I realized just how wrong I was when I approached the counter. I started uncontrollably crying. Zoe S. assisted me with my order. She was so patient and kind. The beauty, love, and comfort of a complete stranger was what I needed in that moment to get me through just placing a simple order. I knew we needed food, but I didn't realize just how much I needed a hug too. Thank you Zoe for your compassion and grace. It meant so much!

Restaurant looks like it pulls too much from American Pickers and Cracker Barrel - could use its own identity. Sage was a very great order taker / server who provided extra customer service and was very informative about additional deals.
