Great food, The chicken is always cooked perfect. The service is fast polite. Atmosphere is great until someone drags the medal chair halfway across the restaurant (its super loud).

Excellent chicken! I love the chicken nuggets! I like hot and spicy stuff so always get mine with a "Hot" Heat Level. One time i ordered the hottest Heat Level they have, against the suggestion of the waitress, and good God was it hot. I actually couldn't eat it because of the heat. Now I know not to go above "Hot" haha. The pie in a jar is fantastic as well as their sides. The prices are very reasonable. A 16 piece nugget is about $11. Their parm fries are the best fries!

The people were the nicest people in the world. Unfortunately the chicken was awful 😖 nuggets and stripes were soaked in oil, and the chicken was under done in the sandwich.

The service is always great!! I love the ghost pepper sauce, but if that's too hot for you Ella's Fav has got flavor without too much heat.

We had such a good experience here. The Manager on shift Mason was so welcoming and kind! He hooked us up and gave us great recommendations from the menu. One time we were door dashing just picking up food but we mentioned that we’d return soon when we had money to eat, we came back today and they had remembered/recognized us from before which shows great hospitality. Everything was nice and clean and it was very pleasant and friendly. This was our first time at a Joella’s and definitely not the last we will be back for another adventure!
