  Really great food and beyond excellent service! People like Mason go out of there way to make sure you not only get what you want, but are happy with it. We absolutely were happy after this visit! Keep up the great work.

  I typically love Joella’s and have had many good experiences over the years, but my meal tonight was very sad. Joella’s makes great chicken, but my favorite thing has always been the fries. Perfectly crispy, heartily seasoned, excellent. I was shocked when my wife brought home Joella’s tonight and the fries looked like they had just been bought from Sam’s and thawed out on the counter. Floppy, not fully cooked, not seasoned at all, and just plain sad- a far cry from the Joella’s fries I’ve come to know and crave. I resorted to throwing them in the air fryer to try to make them edible. If you have recently changed fry suppliers I beg you, for the love of all that is crispy, to return to the fries of old. If it was just an off night I can forgive but I shall not soon forget. If I can no longer trust Joella’s to make excellent fries, then who can I trust? (Two stars bc I didn’t want to be too mean and the chicken was still good)

  2026: Not my style chicken tenders. The chopped Kale salad was quite dry also. The creamy mac n cheese had an odd texture. The service was ok and decor was nice. We probably will not try again.
