  I don't understand why people continue to work in the restaurant industry when they obviously do not enjoy their jobs. The person waiting on me, her name is Sicily, obviously needs to quit and find a different job that she actually enjoys. She was giving me attitude the whole time and apparently ended up doing me a favor in the end but didn't explain it to me at all so I was left confused and thinking she overcharged me. Why Jimmy John's would also employ someone who continuously has an attitude and a place where you have to have customer service that is on par because you're serving the public is just insane to me. I will not be going back.
