  I’ve been on crutches for six weeks with a fractured tibia and a torn ACL, and one employee at this Jimmy John’s showed me more kindness than I can put into words. He saw me getting my crutches out of the car, opened the door, gathered my pickup order, drinks, and chips, carried everything to my car, and even opened my car door. Those small acts meant everything. I’ll probably remember his kindness for the rest of my life. I wish I’d had my wallet so I could’ve left him a huge tip. I don’t know his name (long hair, glasses, wedding ring), but I hope management knows exactly who he is. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have him.

  Anytime I come in around12:30, they NEVER have white bread. This happens a lot. Everytime I try to go in during the day. As a mother who unloads her two children that are under two years old, I find this beyond ridiculous. A sandwhich shop, who can’t keep fresh bread?

  This store is usually clean and fast, but apparently they have no idea what mustard is. I always order no mayo, with mustard. They never put the mustard on, I can deal with that because I always have mustard at home, but once the mayo is on there, you can't remove it. If you are getting your sandwich just the way it is, great service, but if you make changes, it will be wrong 9 out of 10 times.

  Bacon is not toasted and both the lemonades were not stocked, not "prepped" in the back either. Bigger subs are almost $20 which is insane prices or sizes.

  I just ordered a sandwich and wrap from the poplar level location and I never received them. The order was marked delivered, but I never received it. I called this location and the girl said she would remake my order, but didn't. Now I have to try to get my money back
