  Came here for lunch during the GAMA convention. Place was packed and employees looked very tired. They still had smiles and were polite. Even changed their gloves for an allergy special order! 5 stars and fully recommend this place when attending events!

  I never understood why a superior company and product like Jersey Mike's or Firehouse doesn't take a bite out of the massive profits both downtown JJ locations make. Each store sells approximately a million annually, mostly in a short lunch time window 11:00-1:30, and a 3-5 block delivery radius. The market exists, hopefully downtown Louisville can get more and better downtown sandwich options than the poorly ran, mediocre quality of the two downtown JJ's.
