- SLSarah LynnJul 9, 20261.0I live right down the street from here and come frequently. Food is always great however had a really bad experience today. While taking a customers order the cashier, a larger middle aged black woman(I wish i knew her name but just describing so maybe somebody higher up will see), stopped taking a order and extremely rudely raised her voice towards a young girl making sandwiches. The whole situation felt very uncomfortable and tense, other customers were looking at each other in disbelief, I almost left from how awkward it was. I felt bad because it seemed like she was just trying to do her job in the middle of a rush. Food was still fantastic but behavior like this is extremely unprofessional and displeasing to even be around.

Jimmy John's has changed a lot over the years, but one thing that has persisted is the quality. You just don't find a satisfying sub the way you do and you're all sat down with a Jimmy John's gargantuan. There's nothing better in life. I recently had a bit of a debacle with my order, it showed delivered but it hadn't actually left the store yet. Zalim was there for me in tracking down the sandwich, and helping me feel at peace with the slight delivery delay.

- JDJack DApr 21, 20261.0I ordered my food over a hour and a half ago online. I still haven’t received it and was told the driver was 10 minutes away. Why would anyone order a sandwich if it is going to take almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I could have gone into a restaurant and sat down for this kind of wait. I understand man power shortage but it still shouldn’t take almost 2 hours. No wonder they have gotten rid of the freaky fast slogan.
