  I mean horrible customer service not only was the manager rude disrespectful and unhelpful ! But then tried to blame it all on a fellow employee.. I really hope the calls are recorded and higher management will look into the way they speak to their customers. I will never be ordering from this establishment ever again and I will never recommend anyone to spend their money here

  A special treat today I'll pass by everyday did not know there was a Jimmy John's in the highlands! Service was great and everybody was friendly great experience hope to stop by again! There are still some friendly people out there!

  Order took over two hours to arrive and was wrong. The store has done nothing to fix it. Don't order from here order from Jersey mikes!
