- MGMadison GaskinsSep 19, 20261.0I assume this location is going out of business because they cant afford to buy enough ingredients for sandwiches or fix their drive thru. Got around lunch time but did not open or go to eat until later in day after a wedding. Was given a pathetic excuse for sandwich's today. This particular sandwich was a turkey tom, supposed to have tomatoes, lettuce xtra mayo, oil and vinegar, oregano, easy onion, easy jimmy peppers, and kickin ranch. this photo is of half the sandwich (tiny) but the whole thing had zero tomatoes, peppers, or onions, and just a sprinkle of lettuce and crispy onions. Couldn't taste kickin ranch at all. Also fairly certain they used the slim size sandwich bread for this. My husband and I LOVE jimmy johns and get it more than we would probably like to admit the last 8 years but this experience was pitiful. If the location was low on ingredients they should have closed for the day. If it is a training issue, they desperately need to reevaluate. If this is them trying to skimp on the 5.99 deal they need to get rid of it. The Norton Healthcare Blvd location is a thousand times better so order there instead of this location. Will call when i get the chance and see how this is corrected will update review! Based on previous negative review responses I am not confident there will be much of a reply here.

The staff works quickly to clear out lines, so you never have to stand around waiting. If you want your food made right and delivered fast, this is definitely the location to choose.
