    Honestly, this was my first time to Jimmy John’s, and I really don’t see what the hype is about. I think from here on out I’mma be a Jersey Mike’s kind of guy. I literally wasted $16 on a sub and a cookie

    I've been a loyal customer of this Jimmy John's for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I placed a mobile order for three sandwiches, three chips, and three drinks. When I got home, I discovered one of the sandwiches had been left out. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What concerned me was how the situation was handled. When I called, the employee confirmed the sandwich had never been made and offered either a refund or for me to drive back to the store. I explained that the missing sandwich was my daughter's dinner and asked whether it could be delivered later, even if I had to wait until the delivery driver returned from break. Rather than trying to help or discuss any options, I was told the driver was on break and the call ended abruptly. I ultimately had to order food from another restaurant so my daughter could eat dinner. This review isn't because a sandwich was forgotten—it's because of the lack of customer service afterward. A simple apology, some willingness to help, or even a courteous conversation would have left me with a completely different impression. I genuinely hope management addresses this, because this location has been a neighborhood favorite for a long time, and I'd love to feel comfortable returning someday.

    I just went to buy the day old bread because I had fixed French dip sandwich and they have the best bread, even day old it was the perfect bread for my sandwiches, thanks for having that program, Again I love Jimmy johns

    Most of the time the food is really good. I have had two instances (out of many) where the unwich lettuce was brown and disgusting. For the most part, it's good. Small eat in area....get it to go!
