Stood at the counter and was ignored by Line Cooks clearly holding my open burger 2 seconds after receiving it. Adja B was the only employee I was satisfied with on my visit because she stopped what she was doing stocking the drink station and asked what was wrong. I told her my burger was missing bacon and she said they would remake it. When they remade it, I found it hilarious that this time, it was missing Lettuce. At this point, I had waited long enough for my order and decided to transfer the lettuce from the 1st burger onto the 2nd. Which by the way, was probably 3 pathetic pieces of lettuce slightly larger than a 25 cent quarter. The bacon was thin and burnt to a crisp and had a bad taste. I bit into the burger and it tasted bad for some reason. Something to do with the meat and bacon. Five Guys was my favorite burger joint as a kid and I haven’t been here in years due to the price. It’s clearly gone downhill because everything except the peanut butter milkshake was horrible. Please give Adja B a raise or kudos because she was the only good employee I interacted with there. Felt like I was getting pranked on this visit.
