I tend to stick with what I like, but a couple days ago one of them said just tell them next time to surprise you!! And I said well let’s do it now! They’re great and drinks taste amazing. I just love to see them. I live in fern creek so I have everything BUT dutch bros-so I drive a little ways to get it, but would rather go there any day!!

I’m a huge Dutch Bros fan no matter what state I’m in, but this location is truly something special. The entire team is friendly, but I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to my favorite Jenny. She’s always a bright light—kind, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re stopping by to see a friend. If I had my own company I would hire her in a second! Just recently, I rolled through their drive-thru after my car window was shattered after being robbed—glass everywhere and still very visible as I was going to get it cleaned out. The whole crew was not only concerned, but they made sure I left with fantastic coffee, a free sticker and a smile. Every visit, they go above and beyond so wanted to shout them out and make sure they're recognized for their hard work!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
