    This Dutch Bros location is so bad that it might just have turned me off the brand forever and that is a bummer. We gave them a number of chances and instead of better, it’s getting worse. Today we placed mobile order 15 mins before getting there and then we were still in line for 20 minutes to actually get the drink. Icing on the cake is when you mention the delay (no yelling, not rude at all - just wondering what is going on? ), they attempted to shame us for being impatient instead of acknowledging and apologizing. Even if you aren’t sorry, it’s customer service….fake it. Just like we faked being a tiny bit perturbed when we were off the chart annoyed.

    When odering mobile i expect my order to be ready, thats the whole point of odering early so i wont have to wait. Unfortunately my drink has not been ready upon arrival that past few times and still having to wait for my drink to be made when its not even busy. I may see 1 or 2 cars in drive thru, but i had ordered 20 min before. Surely it doesnt take 20 minutes to make a drink.While the staff is very pleasant and nice, time management needs to be addressed and more attention to detail on mobile orders. I work 5 days a week and stop by every morning before 7am. Today it took them 7 min to even acknowledge me at the pickup window, and when they did my items still were not ready. Just asking to DO BETTER, i order ahead for a reason, and when i get there its like its the first time they even looked at the mobile order screen when it should have been looked at 20 min ago when i ordered. Is there some type of notification or noise that goes off when someone makes a mobile order? Just wanting to address this issue. I truely enjoy the coffee and its decent prices, but mobile orders customer service needs to be worked on a bit.

    Pulled into the drive-through five minutes before closing, behind two cars. Car in front of me gets their order two minutes after closing, then I’m told the machines have been turned off for the night. Someone pls explain to me the official policy. Thx

    The drink I received today was absolutely disgusting. Completely flavorless. Tasted like the extremely watered down coffee version of LaCroix. Crushed ice that had the thought of being coffee at one point long ago, got commitment issues, and then couldn’t follow through. I love Dutch Bros, but wish this location was as great as the Veterans Parkway location in Indiana. Never had an error in my order there after going there 3+ times a week for 6 months. In the past month, out of my last 10 drinks at this location, 6 have been messed up. At nearly $10 a drink, I don’t feel like gambling on flavor and quality anymore. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to my work and home so I will be switching back to Heine Bros coffee for now.
