    This location is always slooooow af. I sat in line for 15 mins, watch 2 other cars leave due to slow service before leaving myself 20 mins in line. Only saw one car served, and never got my order taken. And this happens every time I come at different times of the day. I don’t know if this location is understaffed or what but I hope they figure it out. Better off going to a farther location. I love Dutch bros 😩

    Employee in drive thru around 3 had an attitude and then proceeded to say the deal fro the 4 drinks for 16$ wasn’t going on so I told her to get manager and then she came back with an even worse attitude because she was in the wrong and knows it. I come to this location often and never been treated like this.

    Well the service i guess was ok because i dident leave a tip i think i got over chatged i got one med drink a a large drink and it was 17dollars ehick i though eas crazy as hell guess nothing i can dk about it they dont hav phones in thrur bussiness

    Had placed a order and the male worker misunderstood me and when the order was handed to me, I said I am sorry but I can tell from the look of it that is wrong. The female making the order dumped it out with attitude and yelled at the male order taker, never asked me what my order was or spoke to me at all. She just remade it and made the male hand it to me. He was very nice. She was horrible. I will stick to the dixie hwy location.

    What I ordered compared to what I got & when I said this doesn’t look like the picture. I received that Eye contact and awkward silence. I come to Dutch bros almost everyday. I never leave this one satisfied. They need to pull some of the Dixie girls to this store.
